recent two days , i am a little depressed , because i lose my customer and lose my project, i don’t know what should i say ,
only wanna tell everyone , pls believe chinese old saying : you will get what you pay for .
i talked with my customer about food kiosk project , we talked a lot of details , material of kiosk , include every steps craft of kiosk and so on , i thought we communicated very well , i provide competitive and cheaper price, but he said he have a cheaper target price and hope i can meet him , i know he is a real customer and also sincerely wanna work with him , so i applied with our manager and agree his budget price , and then i am very happy to send order invoice , but 3 days passed , he didn’t arrange money ,i asked him , he told me he got a more cheaper price and ordered to other company , the competitor price enough lower more 2000usd than ours , when i got this news ,i am very shock, so lower price impossible make customer kiosk , to be honest, competitor price is very absurd and be unreasonable in whole furniture industry market.
i clear know many supplier in order to attract customer and get order , provide super lower price , they guarantee use same material with us and guarantee quality for customer , however they don’t make it like what they said , customer always get terrible
