We usually use the MDF, plywood, aluminum-plastic panel, stainless steel plate, metal, cement plate, solid wood as kiosk main material.
MDF
The MDF is easy to finish. All sorts of coating, paints can be evenly coated on MDF, it is the first selection base material that makes paint effect.The MDF usually is used to make the jewelry, watch, phone, glass kiosks. MDF is a material which is easy to make the different sculpt . And its surface can add a lot of decorations and patterns, adding to the degree of beauty. It is really easy to decorate for its physical property.
The Plywood
The Plywood is very hard. Because the material and texture have been vertically interlaced during the gluing process. Therefore, the strength is large and it is not easily deformed. The plywood has beautiful texture and natural color. Sometimes the customer likes the design of wood grain color, we can use plywood to serve as base material commonly, sticks the laminate on the surface. We usually use plywood on the food kiosk or shop because it’s waterproof.
Aluminum-plastic panel
Aluminum plastic plate is a kind of processing is simple, lightweight, high strength and a wide range of good outdoor decorative materials. Aluminum-plastic plate is coated on aluminum material with a durable vinyl fluoride resin baking coat. Therefore, it has excellent durability, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, pollution resistance and abrasion resistance. Our outdoor kiosks use the aluminum plastic plate as a main material. The outdoor kiosk usually place the street, or suburb.
Stainless steel plate
When we do the food kiosk, some customers use the stainless steel plate as a counter top. Someone need the stainless steel, because of the country’s needs. For Australia, some place need the food working bench which use the stainless steel plate as a counter top and 600mm stainless steel baffle. And we usually use the stainless steel on the food cart.The cart usually is used outdoor.
Metal:
Usually, some people need a strong and durable kiosk, they will choose use the metal as a main material. For the surface, we will use the metal baking paint. And you can choose the color you are interested in, we will assist you to make it.
The Cement plate
The cement plate is waterproof, moisture-proof and moisture-resistant. Cement plate is noncombustible material, its sound insulation sound insulation effect is also very good. It is also easier to carve, which will make the texture of the whole kiosk become very good. We have done the skincare shop which use the cement plate as a main material.
Solid Wood:
We usually take it as a decoration. Solid wood strips are widely used in decoration, and it can embellish the background wall. We can use solid wood strips in more conspicuous positions, which can make the whole design more layered and make people feel comfortable.
