How is paint display furniture production producure?
today Iam so happy,because one US Client who ordered phone kiosk from our factory before contact me suddenly,and told me he wanna open a phone accessories shop in Simon mall.He told me he already rent the place,just need send shop design with drawing for mall final approval is ok.Iam so glad he contacted me for new project,so I asked him the opening time,he said 20th September!
The time really very very urgent,because as usually shipping would need about 28-30 days to Dallas,so mean we just remain 12 days for production!I told him can’t finished in 12 days,he was not happy,but after I explained the production producure for him carefully,he was quite understand,and ready to apply to put off opening date with mall.
For a mall kiosk,as usually we will need 18-22 work days for production,for a shop furniture,as usually need 25 work days according to size.I meet many customers asked me: why need so long time?I have urgent deadline,could you urge workshop?I know they have urgent deadline,but have to say we really need so long to finish the production.Why?

Step 1:Prepare materials:2 days.
after carpenter receive drawing,they will check drawing carefully,and select the MDF they need,then follow drawing cut the wood into different size and shapes
Step 2:Carpentery work:8-10 days
carpenter build furnitures wood body following drawing,join cutted wood,and fix them
Step 3:Painting work:6-8 days
when display furniture finished,Painter would do surface paint finish
the painting has two big steps:
fristly need do primer,the basic painting.When fix the wood,will use many screws,so will need use Poly-Putty to cover these screws,then polishing the wood surface 3 times to make the surface very smooth,because surface painting need wood surface very smooth and flat,this progress will need 2-4 days.
Second need do surface painting,painter need Spray paint on all surface area two times,then send them to Baking room,after baking,the paint would be very smooth and nice,this progress need 3-4 days.
Step 4:Installation work:3-4 days
when painting finished,workers will do installation,they would add lights,go wires,add outles,install logos,signatures,glass etc.these works all need very carefully,need 3-4 days
after installation,let’s enjoy the finished display furnitures:
Step 5:pack work:1-2 days
when installation finished,sales will take photos and send customer check,then pack the display furniture use wood boxes.
