We mainly doing customized kiosks, so our material is open to customers , but basically we have some mainly material used for kiosk building

Mydiea kiosk building materials.

1. Body of kiosk : MDF or plywood (all wood is fire-resistant);
2. Countertop : Acrylic , stone , baking paint ,formica lamination
3. Light: UL listed led lights;
4. LOGO: Acrylic

Material preparing -> Cutting material -> wooden assemble -> bottom coating-> polishing and second coating ->polish and surface coating -> Assmble-> install  light and LOGO-> cleaning-> packing in wooden box-> shipping

Our delivery time is base on different size and order quantity

Normally one kiosk need 15-18days

two  kiosk in 20 days

Less then five kiosk 25days

Less then ten kiosk  30days

If you have large order , time frame is negotiable ,Urgent order also accept

Yes,we provide design service for all the kiosks and store design , but we will charge design fee frist

“Design Fee” is prepaid before we start designing the coffee cart trailer kiosk as your customized request. It is usually $200-$500 according to your coffee cart trailer kiosk SIZE and it is just an symbol for both us shows sincerity we want to cooperate. Please be sure that we will refund the money to you when the order confirmed so the design is free for you.:

We build the kiosk in a very easy way to assemble , we will have instruction for you to intall the kiosk:

actually we will split the kiosk into several samller pieces and make each part joined by wood click on system , so when you got the kiosk , just need to put them in right position , click on ,

before click on each part , The most important is to join the wirings , all the joiner we made in male and female joiner , so  just need to screw in each other , then put all the part together ,

one 10x10ft kiosk , you just need 3 people can finished install in one hour.

The weight for a kiosk is usually quite different based on different size and different material used .

But according to our experience here we give a  approximate data

Here blow is kiosk after packing net weight need minus 400KG for each kiosk

Yes, We are mainly doing customized products , so if you have a idea ,we will make it for you , Myidea is mean to make your idea come true , the project on our website is to give you an idea of how a kiosk will look , you can choose the model on our website  , or we can customize it on it , or make a totally new kiosk .

We build the kiosk in several samller parts , when kiosk finished , we will first doing cleaning , then wrap with PE foam and then protect corners and then packing in strong wooden box , ready to ship .

Yes, we  can install a advertising TV inside a kiosk , but this is better asked before kiosk was build , so we can adapt the TV in a right position , so the TV is flush with the design of the kiosk

We can also install a camera is customer required .

All the kiosk form Mydiea we have lock system .

pls note us you need one key to open all storage cabinet , one door one key , this is important , because many customer made wrong decision here .

Our main market is US and Australia , so all our wirings are UL listed for US and Europe market , and all the light we used i LED light with -110-220Volt  transformer , we will have DB box for each kiosk , and each cabinet with startard ways to set the cables .
